20th ANNIVERSARY OF THE

ITALIAN FILM FESTIVAL

This year marks the 20th anniversary of the San Diego Italian Film Festival, and Little Fish’s 10th anniversary being involved in the festivities. The festival’s (or “feStivale”) mission is to inspire conversation and introspection by bringing the best in Italian cinema to the local community with events throughout the year.


The festival has a special launch event planned for September 26th to honor their founder Victor Laruccia and to kick off the 20th feStivale! The event has limited tickets, so reserve your spot if you’re planning on joining. https://sandiegoitalianfilmfestival.com/festival-2026 


Little Fish will be partnering to promote this year’s film Gioia Mia. Stay tuned for more information on what we and the organizers have planned for the festival!

As always, you can look forward to the promise of comics, good conversation, and of course donuts! Our large library of comic books and graphic novels has just about a little of everything for everyone, so please feel free to peruse our stacks. We also have a large amount of free comic books and graphic novels for attendees to go through and take home. And did we mention that this event is FREE!​

 

Feel free to bring friends, family, and of course delicious snacks if you’re so inclined. Pooches are welcome too! We have plenty of parking in the parking lot behind the studio.

Cadette Girl Scouts
Comic Workshops

Are you a Girl Scout Cadette (Grades 6-8; around ages 11-14) looking to earn your Comic Artist Badge? Sign up here for one of our limited Cadette Girl Scouts Workshops, here at Little Fish Comic Book Studio! All supplies will be provided. Upon completion of your very own comic during the workshop, you'll earn a Comic Artist Badge!

We are available here at the studio for Girl Scout workshops Thursdays at 5:30pm, Saturdays at 4:00 or 5:00 pm, and Sundays at 2:00 or 4:00pm.
